At FITCAMP we use various forms of equipment and exercise techniques to keep you interested excited and motivated to push yourself to achieve more.

What makes FITCAMP Better than other outdoor training groups?
- You are given a diet program put together by a professional nutritionist to maximize results.
- Weight and girth measurements are taken at the beginning and end of FITCAMP to track progress(optional)
- Exercise routines will cater to both the advanced and the beginner so you don’t feel left out or embarrassed.
- A fitness assessment is also performed at the beginning and end of FITCAMP to give you the extra motivation to improve.
- A massage therapist will be on site on certain days for anyone requiring some relief from sore muscles or minor injuries.
- Michael and his team are experienced health and fitness professionals who are there to guide and motivate you towards your health and fitness goals and make your FITCAMP journey an enjoyable one. Make no mistake exercise is hard work and FITCAMP will be hard work!!!
Massage Therapy Times and Prices
- 15 minutes - $30
- 30 minutes - $50
6:30AM to 8:30AM Wednesdays and Fridays You must book and pay for your time on Mondays at the beginning or end of a FITCAMP session. Sheree will only turn up for massage therapy once a 2 hour block has been filled.

Times: 6AM - 7AM
Start time for 3rd of November is 5:30AM to allow measurements and roll call to be taken in time for a 6AM start.
